Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die SunRace-Markenbotschafterschaft

Um SunRace-Markenbotschafter zu werden, muss eine Person...

• Sie müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein;
• Aktive Teilnahme am Radsport, ggf. in einer bestimmten Disziplin;
• Mindestens Grundkenntnisse, vorzugsweise umfassende Kenntnisse über Fahrradteile, d. h. die Fähigkeit, Teile selbst auszutauschen und Erklärungen abzugeben;
• Ein aktives Instagram-Konto zu haben, d. h. mindestens zwei Pinnwand-Posts und eine Story pro Woche zu posten und mindestens 1500 relevante Follower zu haben (keine gesponserten/gekauften Follower);
• Zur Anmeldung über das Formular auf www.sunrace.com/brand-ambassadors;
• Nicht bei SunRace angestellt zu sein.

2.a Contents of the posts

• Content collaboration between SunRace and the brand ambassador is entered into for a minimum period of three months. During this period, the ambassador will post content on their Instagram page that meets the following requirements:
• A minimum of 5 posts and 5 stories should be posted throughout the period.
• The brand ambassador regularly wears the received SunRace cycling jersey in the posts.
• In the posts, the brand ambassador always expresses him- or herself in a positive manner about SunRace products and the brand in general.
• The content should be creatively presented in two forms:
• Displaying the received products in their delivered form, i.e., in the box, so that the red color of SunRace is clearly visible.
• Displaying the received products in active form, i.e., mounted on a bike and in use.
• The first post and story of the collaboration should announce the brand ambassadorship to the followers. The brand ambassador should also be wearing the SunRace shirt in this announcement. This photo will also be posted on the SunRace website, for example, in a "proud of our ambassadors" page.
• As for the other posts, the brand ambassador is free to determine the type of content. It can consist of photo’s or video’s or a combination of both.
• SunRace.Bikeparts must always be tagged in the posts.
• If there are questions or comments under the post, the brand ambassador is obliged to respond. In case of a question, he/she must always refer to the SunRace website.

2.b Received products

The SunRace Brand Ambassador receives:

• A SunRace cycling jersey, which must be worn regularly in the shared content;
• A power pack: a SunRace cassette and a chain.

2.c Handling of products

The following conditions apply to the handling of the products:

• The brand ambassador may keep the items after the collaboration ends.
• The brand ambassador is entitled to initiate a giveaway or contest if hee/she does not want to keep the items themselves after the collaboration ends, in which case the former brand ambassador is obliged to use #ad in the posts.
• After the initial round, the brand ambassador may receive more products. He/she may also actively request such products.

• SunRace reserves the right to repost posts and stories on SunRace's own social channels and website and may also use them in advertisements.
• The face and name of the brand ambassador may be used in SunRace advertisements, as well as on the website.
• SunRace reserves the right to remove or demand the removal of any harmful content posted by the brand ambassador.

• Participants' personal data is only used by SunRace for collaboration with the brand ambassador and is not released or provided to third parties without consultation.
• SunRace handles personal data carefully and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• SunRace reserves the right to repost posts and stories on SunRace's own social channels and website, and can also use them in advertisements.
• The name and face of the brand ambassador may be used in SunRace's advertisements, as well as on the website.
• SunRace reserves the right to remove any harmful content or demand its removal

• SunRace determines who qualifies for ambassadorship, and this decision is not subject to correspondence.
• SunRace has the authority to exclude individuals from participation if there is suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
• SunRace is not liable in any way for any damage resulting from the ambassadorship.
• SunRace is authorized at all times to change conditions during collaboration or to terminate ambassadorship without giving any reason.
